Hepsia, as opposed to cPanel where there's no Domain Manager at all, ships with a function-rich, full-featured Domain Manager where you can register, relocate, handle and host unlimited hostnames of yours. The disadvantage with Hepsia is the absence of root access to the dedicated web server, but you will quickly appreciate the user-friendliness of Hepsia's drag & drop File Manager instead.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting Control Panel is a regular equipment only when combined with the Debian Linux OS and is included free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unlimited top level domain names in one single hosting account. This is conceivable due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager platform. The other web hosting CP platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available solely with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must have 2 separate user accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain name registration/transfer/management opportunities. If you choose Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no hosting CP option.
Hosted Site Names 2 - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all available hosting CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your hostnames under a single hosting account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP tools do not supply such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager section and for that reason they require TWO autonomous web hosting account logins: 1 domain management/billing/support account and 1 site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will find out that the Hepsia hosting Control Panel is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting CP setups work solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
